"For an airport restaurant, this place was extraordinarily good. The cold cut chicken in Shaoxing wine was super tender, and aroma of the wine was pleasant without overpowering the dish. The Xiaolingbao were clearly handmade, the pork odor of the filling was properly removed and the dough was not too thick. The big wonton soup was full of umami, each bite was a big satisfaction."

"We had breakfast here with limit menu items. Food is authentic and delicious. Also cozy seating and nice views, good for killing time for transfer. Only complaint is that wish to have more breakfast items to choose."

"This is the best casual restaurant at an international airport, that’s a branch of the Michelin star original in the city. It put other higher end restaurants at airports like Heathrow to shame with their excellent service, great staff, ease of ordering and great menu. The ambience is actually civilised and staff and everyone there feel so relaxed. The fit out is also beautiful. Staff like Hei Cheng and their boss Vivian ware re really welcoming and they genuinely make an effort to feel like you’re in the city branch."

"We were craving for dim sum while we transited at Hong Kong Airport. It is located in departure area. It has limited dim sum items, less than we expected. But all dishes we tried were good if not great. Generous size. We left the restaurant with satisfaction."

"For a place like HK airport, it could be very crowded. So decided to try a less crowded place for lunch and try jardin de jade before departure. Food was above average. Drunken chicken was delicious. Black sauce pork was tender and juicy. Both must try. Service is great and the place was comfortable as I was lucky to get the sofa seat with my wife. Place can be very expensive but the food make up for it."

"Not bad for an airport restaurant…. Good service and staff were courteous. The photo of the wonton soup has been taken after we started eating. You have to order online through QR code. I ordered a hot chocolate by mistake but staff kindly removed it from the bill. A 10% service fee is automatically included with orders. Smooth spot to spend a few minutes while our flight was delayed. Recommended."
